Zac Soutar

Born and raised in Geelong, Zac’s passion for motorsport developed from an early age thanks to his father, Shane Soutar, who himself was a champion Sidecar racer. Keen to cut his own path, however, Zac opted for four wheels instead of three, and began racing Go-Karts from the age of eleven. From here, Zac quickly established himself as a very capable driver, winning multiple state titles before going on to finish in the top 5 of the Australian Kart Championship for 3 consecutive years.

In 2017, Zac and his dad founded Team Soutar Motorsport and began competing in the Australian Formula Ford Championship. Competing against experienced, professional car racing teams, Zac achieved some remarkable results for his family-run team, finishing 3rd in the 2018 edition of the Championship, before finishing 2nd and falling agonizingly short of the championship title in 2019.

From his results in Formula Ford, Zac and his team were given the opportunity to enter the TCR Australia Touring Car Series for season 2020. After a year of no racing due to Covid in 2020 and a learning year in 2021, Zac managed to win his first race in the TCR Australia Series in 2022. In doing so, he and his team became the first privateer, non-factory backed team to win in the series since its inception in 2019. Since then, Zac has gone on to score a further 3 wins and 16 podiums in the TCR Australia Series.

Glenn Nirwan

Glenn Nirwan is one of Indonesia's most accomplished racing car drivers, and has been a welcome addition to the Tufflift Racing team in 2024. Born and raised in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Glenn spent much of his early racing career competing and finding much success in rally competitions throughout Indonesia.

For 2023, Glenn decided that he wanted to take on a new challenge, turning his attention towards circuit racing. Driving an Audi RS3 LMS TCR touring car, Glenn dominated the Indonesian ITCR 3600 Max National Championship in his very first year of racing on asphalt.

After finding success immediately in his homeland of Indonesia, Glenn joined the Tufflift Racing team to compete in the Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series in 2024. Although Glenn is no stranger to Australia itself having lived in Brisbane for 12 years previously, a majority of the circuits have been new to the Indonesian driver. However he has shown rapid progress in his learning of each circuit, and has cemented himself as a forced to be reckoned with in the ultra competitive Australian touring car series.
